Game Report & Team Signature Sheet:

Please download the Game Report & Team Signature Sheet (Excel) and each captain needs to fill it out with their team name as the file name, and update it with their team roster as it stands now, and return it to Kathy O-Toole ASAP (by Thurs 4/17). There is space for 32 players.  Once you’ve added all your players, just blank out the rest of the lines.  Those can be used later to add new players.  They will be compiled in a league workbook with each team’s roster as a worksheet so roster-checkers can simply take the hard copies they collect from you guys each week at the Pub and quickly/easily transfer the info from your hard copy sheets to the league workbook.  The pre-filled players’ names make it SO much easier for our roster checkers to read/decipher who’s who! Once finalized, you can simply print copies of your team’s sheet to bring with you each week to the games to get your players signatures.

The 2008 Schedule is now posted! Download it here. Also, please check the Fields and Maps page for maps and directions to the new fields (all in Virginia).

IMPORTANT: DO NOT BRING ANY ALCOHOL TO THE FIELDS. PLEASE inform your teams - this is VERY important.

PHONE # FOR RAIN OUTS: Rain line number is 703-228-4715 - this is the Arlington County Rain Line. Please listen carefully to the whole message! If a team doesn't show up because they think they have a rain out, when in fact they have a game, it will count as a forfeit! Just because it is raining elsewhere, doesn't mean it is raining at the fields.

Please check out the Rules and Regulations page to make sure your team bats are legal.

Ball rules (first home team supplies 1 women's ball and 1 men's ball, away team supplies 1 men's ball only for second game) If there is an issue on the fields contact one of the commissioners.

Inform your teams to come back to the pub afterward for the charity raffle and drink/food specials upstairs.

League Headquarters: The Crystal City Sports Pub is this year’s league headquarters. The league headquarters is more than just a place to swill beer after the game and ice down those aching, aging muscles. It is where we raise money for the charities. Remember this is a charity league and supporting area charities is one of our goals. Please encourage your teams to visit the Pub after Sunday games. The Pub will be offering a variety of beer and food specials.
